✅ What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers:

  • Stitching issues

  • Leather tearing (not caused by misuse)

  • Sole damage / separation

  • Buckle / strap issues

  • Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects

If your product faces any of the above issues within 12 months of purchase, we will:

Repair or replace it FREE of cost.

❌ What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by:

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Misuse or rough usage

  • Water / chemical damage

  • Heat or fire exposure

  • Improper care or storage

  • Accidental cuts or scratches

Leather is a natural material, so minor marks, stretching, or texture changes over time are normal and not considered defects.
